Cancellation policy

For cancellations received by May 31^st, 2014, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
For cancellations received from June 1^st, 2014 registration fee less EUR 20,00 cancellation fee will be refunded.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Eventmanagement team at the University of Vienna (congress@univie.ac.at; Fax: 43-1-4277-176 99).
